I supplied the springs. I received an estimate of 3.2 hours at $107/hour. After having the coach inside for about an hour I was advised that the job was more difficult than they estimated. Total bill came to $500.

We called Sagon from out of town and made arrangements to bring in our coach in 2+ weeks for them to inspect the front shade for replacement under warranty. We did not buy our coach from them and are full timers on the road.

Sagon was most gracious about setting up an appointment. They did ask if we bought from them, but quickly said that was just to know if we were already in their computers. On the appointed day they saw us promptly and advised us to call them one or two days before we would be coming back in (about 3 weeks out) and that it would take 2 hours. They saw us promptly on our return and the work only took them about an hour. We would not hesitate going back to them again. This was done under warranty at no cost to us.

Did a $20,000 insurance job on a 99 Magna by Country Coach. Put on the WRONG Door. Had to weld it on, and put in wrong size lights.

The door does not shut properly and is not wind noise free, I am afraid to use the interior lights for fear of interior fire. Doug Ross said he would give me a satellite for the work, and then charged me for it.

Replaced storage door and molding and repaired damaged fiberglass panel at left rear corner of travel trailer.

Fantastic. Cannot tell even with close inspection that there was ever any damage. The travel trailer was just a few weeks old at the time. I took it in one day and they called me the next afternoon and said it was ready. The final bill was almost $200.00 below the estimate. They were very efficient and accommodating. They were not my original dealer.

Cat engine had derated to 45 MPH. They said problem was dirty fuel system which was not the problem. A pressure sensor in the ECM was bad which I had to tell them to check diagnostic codes, they finally did and found bad sensor, replaced sensor, problem solved.
They charged me for cleaning fuel lines, injectors, fuel tank and replacing filters: unnecessary cost, $1,800.
They knew nothing about working on diesel engines. If you have diesel engine problems or in my opinion any problems with your RV, steer clear of this place. Tried to get some my money back but to no avail. Bad, bad place.
