We purchased our new rig at an RV
show. It was to be ready in one
week for pickup. We drove down (1
1/2 hour ride) and it wasn't ready -
no call to let us know. The
following week we went again. It
was "ready" to go, except for the
back up camera that had been agreed
upon. Someone climbed up, screwed
it in place and handed us a bag with
the monitor in is, without testing
it. Naturally, it didn't work. The
wiring was incomplete. The "walk
thru" was a sham. Every question I
had i was told "we'll get to that".
Needless to say, I left with less
than complete understanding. All our
calls and complaints went
unanswered, meaning NO RESPONSE from
them. We found a place nearer to
home where the joy of camping is the
important thing. To this day -
4_months later, we have had no
response from RVOne, Tampa RV, or
Jayco, after numerous phone calls.
By the way, I tried to send an email
with cc to Jayco and could not find
a functioning email address for
either

This is the old Bates RV that has since changed hands. The work done was complete however it is difficult to get an appointment and you cannot leave your
RV there for the work due to space limitations. Once parts arrive, you come back for the work to be completed

Purchased a new Gulfstream Visa 19 ERD from Bates June 8th. After a shakedown cruise, we returned the camper for warranty work including replacement of microwave, replacement of a dry rotted tire, broken cover on city water connection and repair of leaking shower faucet, caulking.

Work was eventually accomplished but the travel trailer was in their shop for over a month for no more than a day's worth of simple repairs. They also overcharge for parts and service/parts personnel are not familiar with the product.

I bought a used trailer from them with a non-working toilet. They agreed to fix the toilet prior to pickup two weeks later. I called ahead and asked if work done and they said yes. Arrived to find work not done. They just laughed when I complained.

How many ways can I say I was unhappy to pick up a trailer with no working toilet for the trip home. We had to go to a motel on the trip back. Now I am having to go into a local RV place which means more fooling around.
