No work was done. Jeff, the technician used his power cord to diagnose. The problem was in our cord. He didn't check the
fridge or water heater and was rude and condescending. Both he and his partner proceeded to tell me what a bad customer I
was. This place should not be in business. These people do not like customers

Coach was lacking 110 volt service. Microwave worked, then was not working. We asked them to diagnose and fix any issues. We
had a Good Sam warranty. We had an appointment for Thursday, 8:00 in the morning

They didn't look at it until noon on Friday. The 110 outlets and lights were working. They did not check any appliances. They
were rude, condescending. Two clerks came to argue with me about how I was wrong for not telling the to specifically check
110 appliances.

Evergreen installed a new "soft-connect" strip on my Carefree powered awning. Unfortunately they ordered the wrong part and installed it in the wrong
place, so the metal cover now sticks straight up instead of coming down to conceal the rolled up awning. They were adamant that was the only way it could
be installed. A different shop is now in the process of correcting the installation.

After a two-plus week wait for an appointment, I took my motorhome to Evergreen RV Service for diagnosis of a non-functioning leveling system, which is
still under Atwood warranty. Evergreen tested the system and concluded there was nothing wrong. They charged me $370 for that incorrect diagnosis, with
no warranty reimbursement.

Evergreen's work was completely unsatisfactory. After that experience I took my motorhome to Aurora-Kent RV and had both front leveling jacks replaced
under warranty. My levelers work correctly now, no thanks to Evergreen RV.
