Date of Service:
5/7/2015

Company Contact:
Brad Couch

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Body work, paint, seal replacement, pressure test for leaks and repair, roof seals and coating, and interior trim work. The work was completed over a three-
week period during which the repair center had the motor home, and was picked up on 5/7/2015.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Body work seems to have been completed; but, I cannot inspect hidden areas. Paint work is rough in spots where prep work was not properly done. One
seal was not replaced. The owner says that the seal was not the right one, even though it was purchased directly from the manufacturer and was exactly
the same as the seal that was replaced on the opposite slide using the same part number seal. The unit still has a leak. I haven't checked the roof work,
yet. The interior trim appears good. There was minor damage done to the driver's side rear corner of the motor home while it was in their shop. When
asked about repairing that damage, the owner expected me to pay to repair the damage they caused! I will never use this business, again, even though I'll
have to leave the state to find another RV collision repair service.
