We have a 29 foot Four Winds Siesta, with 3 slides. We
encountered a problem with one chronic slide, just as we were
packing to drive cross-country. Our Camping World did not have
facilities to perform the job, and they referred us to Keystone.
Although we live almost two hours away, we called, and they got
us in immediately. Everyone was most helpful; they pulled the
slide and diagnosed it and ordered parts, which were delivered
overnight. By Thursday lunchtime, we were ready to go!
We've never encountered such helpful people. Special props to
Andy, who called us back numerous times with progress updates.
Definitely using them from now on, and would hope to purchase
new equipment from them when the time comes.

They worked well with factory to get replacement parts. They were accommodating and helpful after another dealer in the area kept putting us off. Best
service we've had in the 3 state area

Had work done on 2 separate trailers. The first was
a full replacement of the A/C unit in 2013 on a 2008
Rockwood Roo at my expense. Keystone gave me the
best price and installed it in one day. My 2014
Flagstaff was worked on two separate times; once in
the summer of 2014 (awning replaced) and then again
in April 2016 where Keystone installed a 4" lift on
the unit. In both instances the work was performed
as specified and in the time they said it would be
done.

Extremely pleased with all work performed by Keystone

with, couldn't have been more understanding or
accommodating.

Norcold refrigerator stopped working and showed an error code of noco. Service had a "technician" check the fridge. I was told they needed to order a part for the unit and the estimate for repair would be around $500.00. The part was not in stock and was told they would have to order it. I made an appointment to return to have the unit fixed.

I returned to have the refrigerator repaired. I waited for about two hours and was told they had ordered the wrong part and the part to fix it would be difficult to find. I was charged $125.00 for a "diagnostic" check. I took the unit to another RV service center, they repaired the fridge within 30 minutes and was charged only $50.00 for fixing the unit. The refrigerator only had to be reset.

We took our new motorhome in to have a glass shower door installed, plus some smaller warranty fixes, such as a non-working accessory plug, etc. Installation work for the shower door was extremely shoddy, including packing material was still in camper, large greasy footprint on folding door at bedroom, small dent in refrigerator, etc. Accessory plug was NOT fixed, although the mechanic argued that it was working when we left - hard to believe because we discovered there is no wiring connecting it to the fuse box.

Extremely unsatisfied with service department, although Kelly and Cheryl in the office were very helpful in getting us an Owner's Manual from Ford, and the same from Forest River.

All personnel were courteous and accommodating, working with factory, extended warranty and radiator manufacturers. Keystone recently added Western RV Alpine coaches and we are very happy with their service work to date.

Very quickly isolated the problem which in the case of the vibration was a (power module) in the engine. Advised me that the broken strap was not a critical problem. All work completed satisfactorily at a discounted hourly rate.
