Work was completed the following day instead of one
afternoon. Understandable since there were a lot of
customers the day the RV was brought in. Price is
reasonable.

I have been taking my RVs to the Tire Factory for 6 years and have received outstanding service. No appointment is needed and work is generally done that
day if they have or can find the parts. They have done pre trip checkouts (brakes, tires, fluid levels, belts) for free, as well as general engine and generator
repairs/maintenance for a reasonable price. They also maintain my automobiles.

When ordering the tires I told them I wanted them to be no older then 6 months. When I came to have the work done I said this again and was told they had checked them and they we not older then six months. They lied. I should have checked for myself over believing them. My mistake. I was told it would take two hours to do the job. Took four hours. The valve stem caps and extenders were not put back on. The outside tire's valve stem faces in towards the inside tire. There are holes in the rim. The inside tire the valve points out through a hole in the rim that it is on. So the installer has NINE holes in the rim in which to put the outside tire with the valve pointing in and he puts it in the same hole as the inside tire's valve is pointing out. Does this on one side the other side is fine. Thought about going back and asking it to be done right, but was afraid they would screw something else up.
