When I made my appointment I made it clear I needed them to start the work right away. I brought it in as agreed. The motor home sat all day. One of my
mirrors was broken they said they could not find a replacement so I had to come up with a Jerry rigged mirror that when they installed they broke off a
screw. A new technician said why didn't you call the manufacture of the mirror for a replacement I had one in three days but can't install it because of the
broken screw. I had a check engine light on I wanted it address nothing was done. I had a heater not working they told me the motor was bad and it would
not light so I should install a hold new unit. the new technician fixed it at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I told them I was having some trouble with the
refrigerator the freezer compartment would get cold but the cooler compartment temp would fluctuate. They told me I should get a new refrigerator. The
new tech fixed it. These hacks have changed their website removing all critical reviews.

First off I requested an appointment where the work could be started the day I brought my motor home in because I was living in it. My motor home sat in
the yard all day. One extra day in a motel because of it. My refrigerator cooling fluctuated in electrical mode and would not cool in gas mode. They told my
it would not work in electrical mode and only cool a little in gas mode and advised me to get a new one. now that I'm relocated it works fine in electrical
mode and a local technician said if it works in electrical mode it can be made to work in gas mode. One of the heaters didn't work they said the motor
needed replaced ( I knew this) and it wouldn't light ( the local tech diagnosed it wasn't lighting because of a $20 circuit board) I was told by Russel's when
this happen you should just replace the entire heater because of cost. The local technician repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I told them I had
a roof leak and my slides leaked The leaks were not fixed and I wanted the slides lubed and they needed new awnings. They charged to measure for new
awnings and I don't know what else they did to the slides but now they both stick when opening. When they checked the working heater I got here and it
wouldn't work they left the on-off switch behind the cover off. My passenger's side convex mirror was broken no thought of contacting the manufacture
for a replacement so I agreed to jerry rigg a temporary mirror. when I got to my destination I ordered the correct part but they had broken off one of the
screws needed to fix it correctly now I have to fix that. I also had a service engine soon light I wanted taken care of and it was not. A couple other issues
were fixed to my satisfaction. These Guys are Hacks I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Check Engine Light on - the computer read one oxygen sensor low voltage and indicated problem with the fuel trims. The sensor was replaced and the fuel
trims adjusted.
Also removed a plastic extender tube from the coolant reservoir.

The check engine light appeared late Friday afternoon, requiring a weekend stay in Kingman. I called Russel's Monday morning and AJ got me in after lunch.
Joel and Russ were excellent and thorough in their work and very pleasant with my questions. I would recommend Russel's highly.

This is a company that knows the value of customer service!
Because this was a used purchase the techs and mechanics went over everything.
As a woman, I am very aware of the possibility that I could be an easy target. The service adviser, John, listened to what I had to say. If he had a question he called to make sure I was on board with his ideas and estimate. He let me know if something needed to be taken care of right away,
or if it could wait and gave me estimates for future modifications.
The whole experience was pleasant and stress-free. Everyone, from Sue in the office, to the mechanics and techs were friendly, personable and professional. It was easy to see they were grateful that I chose to support
their business. As a side note, they have a comfortable and clean waiting area with snacks and coffee!
