Service Performed:  
Repair faulty video reception on DVD and VHS system- Then checked 120 volt hot water lighted switch
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
The video repair was good, but the 120 volt switch was placed in upside down and shorted out both 12 and 120 volt systems. Next morning found we had no hot water and I called the company to report. Was told the tech would call me back. NO CALL. Had to call a different company and he found that the switch was upside down. Paid for both service calls. Called the original company to advise and was told that it was my fault I did not wait long enough to receive the call back. The next day I spoke to the original tech and he said he never got the message.
