Date of Service:
5/17/2010

Company Contact:
Ed Swango, Owner/Master Technician

Work Done on:
Class A - Diesel

Service Performed:
Work requested on my '99 Dutch Star on Freightliner chassis: a complete chassis service including lube, oil/filter, fuel filters, plus a thorough inspection. Additional work was to install new front shocks and recharge the dash A/C. Inspection revealed two of the three brakes lights were not working. A call to Freightliner Custom Chassis help line helped Ed zero in on two fried diodes in the wiring.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Although this is a small operation Ed and his other two Techs are just top-notch. I go here for the majority of the service needs on my coach chassis.
Ed, Owner and Master Tech, has over 30 years of heavy truck, bus and marine experience and they handle a lot of road service calls, too. He does a fine-tooth comb inspection and is a tenacious troubleshooter.
I highly recommend Ed and his crew if you are in N.E. Ohio and need service or emergency help. They are the best around and their rate is very reasonable. Check 'em out.
