Service Performed:  
We called in and asked for a service appointment the next day. David had time for us and we arrived at opening the next day.
Our motorhome had been downshifting hard and early when foot was off the fuel pedal. Also, pacbrake was not working.
Tech found throttle sensor was bad. Sensor was replaced and that solved the downshift problem.
However, pacbrake did not work. We did mention that we had just removed a large rodent from the motorhome. Tech found that no voltage was getting to the pacbrake solenoid. Tech found the wire between switch and solenoid had been chewed on. Wire was spliced and pacbrake is now working.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
Troubleshooting was a challenge. But, tech found the problems and repairs were completed quickly. Shop was clean, employees were polite and were able to explain a steps being taken during the test and repair process.
