Replace overflowing toilet, replace water damaged molding, repair pinched refrigerator LP line, replace broken climb ladder, repair leaking black water drain
valve, repair leaking slide, stove lighters not working - this is a 2013 Heartland Big Horn purchased April 2013 with extended warranty. I also wanted
overhead slide covers installed.

We were on a 6 week New England trip and problems developed - landing gear and slides would not operate but got repaired quickly at a Camping World
in New Hampshire. Parts would have to be ordered for the LP line so I decided to wait until we returned to Georgia. I called Camping World at Oakwood and
was told by Natalie the wait for service would be 5 - 7 weeks if I brought it in. With her suggestion I made a reservation so when I delivered it they could
begin work.
On Oct 16th I took the RV to Camping World and was told it would be at least two weeks before they would start. Natalie told me the extended warranty
did not pay for pinched LP lines or any water damage from the overflowing toilet. I asked her to order the molding and I would install them myself.
Today is Friday Dec 13 and my Big Horn is still not ready. Most items have been fixed. The moldings came in and they installed them and now want me to
pay for installation, parts for slide covers have come in wrong twice and from my conversation of yesterday she could not tell me when they might get the
parts. When and if I ever get my RV back I will never darken their doors again.
** Oh one more comical note - while we delivered the RV my wife and I talked with our salesman - Jeff - and he showed us a NEW Landmark we were
interested in making a trade for. I told him my Big Horn was there and he could evaluate it. He took many notes - have never heard back from him.

I could go on and on about this company but short story...THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE COMPANY EVER!!!! They have had our brand new 2015
Crossroads Z-1 camper, which we purchased from them, in for warranty repairs for 7 weeks now and are still not complete. They do not communicate, you
have to call and half the time you will not get someone on the phone. The service adviser that we were assigned to promised our camper would be finished
"three times". Went to pick it up the first time he promised only to be told, will not be able to, the third warranty item is not complete!! Well before we left,
adviser said would be done on Monday. Monday rolls around no call we had to call to see if ready could get no one on the phone went to adviser voicemail
which he never returned call.
My husband called again on Tuesday left another message the service adviser did return call and told my husband sorry but they were still working on
problem and that for sure camper would be done no later than Thursday. My husband told him please advise on status and contact me for pickup, my
husband also gave him his email address and my husband got his. Well Thursday came and no phone call came. My husband called, left voicemail and also
sent an email, did get a reply back on that with only one sentence "not finished yet"You got to be kidding me!!! What freaking customer service!!! We are
going down today and they are going to see someone pitch a fit like no other! And here I made it the long version. Very, very, very disappointed and sick!!!

I bought my Discovery here and thought they would be best place to take it for service. Over last two years I have had the coach in about 6 times for repairs and routine maintenance. Each time I found things they said were done, but were actually not. During my last visit, I was told the wind sensor for the awning was fixed, but was not. My outside entertainment center radio was to be replaced, but was not. After speaking with the service manager, he finally agreed to send someone to my home (where I park my coach) to replace the radio. It seems that they have no one checking on what their service techs are doing.
