Rear axle on trailer broke free on left side. Spring hanger broke at top bends. Joe cut remainder of hanger off, cleaned area and mig welded a new hanger in place, after aligning axle. Bolted spring back in place and in an hour we were ready to continue.

Cleanest, quickest, best repair I have ever experienced. Joe Hamm is an excellent repair choice if you need welding repairs completed while on the road in the Sturbridge, Ma. area.

Seemed surprised we were picking it up and blamed sales for the confusion. Numerous defects (flat left rear inner tire, check engine light on etc etc) Orientation person knew basically nothing about RV (he was the guy that washes cars there). Owners did not even respond to two emails that I sent them to let them know how poorly my delivery went. They were very good at taking my money and trying to sell me things but that is where it ended. I knew I was on my own. Very disappointing!

This company was paid $ 1000.00 to do a safety check & repair anything that was required on my Class C motor home which I purchased from them. I purchase the unit as is & was satisfied with my purchase.

We picked up the unit & tried to drive home, a distance of less that 25 miles when we started noticing problems with the steering & control. Upon taking it to a tire & brake shop we were told that the steering had sever problems, all tires would not have passed a safety check & that the brakes needed attention. After getting several other opinions it was noted by all that no work of any kind had been done to the unit, safety wise or otherwise. The cost to get the work actually done by another shop was less than $750.00. 1000 Islands RV has refused to give me my money back with a too-bad-so-sad attitude.
