Evaluation of Service Performed:
Kimberly Norby and Keith Norby are dishonest and lied to my face. My insurance company paid them in full for several thousand dollars of insurance
work. The insurance company paid Kimberly Norby and Keith IN FULL but they stalled on completing the repairs FOR OVER 6 months. When Keith
Norby finally finished the work the trailer was left with NEW DAMAGE. The Norby's were no were to be found and fraudulently reported to the insurance
company that the repairs were complete AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. STAY AWAY FROM KEITH NORBY AND KIMBERLY NORBY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND
LIE.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
K&N Customs has done a lot of work for me in the past year for a rig I bought from Vacation Station in Corona. They have taken care of all the warranty work for my rig. They have also added modifications such as adding a hitch, a second A/C, and modifying my battery compartment to fit larger 6 volt batteries. Additionally, they did some collision work for me. Their prices on the modifications have been extremely reasonable and well done. All warranty work has been done without question and the only delays that I have experienced have been from delays in shipping from Keystone.
After years of dealing with other dealer service departments I am glad to say this place actually returns phone call messages left, and usually has the work finished expeditiously and competently. My only complaint is that they are located on a dirt parking lot and I usually find my camper dusty afterward. They do not wash the camper after service as some other service centers I have been to do. I have also found a few odds and ends parts and screws laying around inside after servicing, but after what I have been through with other service departments; I'll certainly accept this one small flaw.
They are starting to build their own brand of toy haulers now and best of luck to them. They have done a good job for me so far. Much better than any other dealer service department I have used so far.
