Inspect roof, re-seal as needed and apply roof protectant because white chalky material is coming off and you can see black rubber surface. Inspection
revealed that roof membrane is getting thin. Seams were redone as needed but Protectant was not done.

I am 74 years old and the days of doing many things myself are mostly gone. We are not millionaires nor are we broke. It is difficult to find quality
workmanship anymore and even after researching reviews, etc. we are disappointed again. Seems like there are lots of employee's out there that will take
the money but have no pride in work they do. I was told that the roof had been coated to protect it but researching the products used shows that it is a
seam adhesive. Further research that I did provided information not only on products available for RV roofs with the same condition my RV roof has and
step by step instructions on how to do it yourself. I also found a bubbled seam that was not fixed. In addition, I washed the motorhome before taking it in
and when I picked it up it was covered with white streaks and not washed at completion of work done (pictures are available). It saddens me that I am not
happy with the service done and now find myself with the same problem after spending nearly 700.00.

Punch list repairs on a new Sunset Trails and installation of slide covers.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

Many of the punch list items were never repaired and the ones that they worked on were done very poorly. One the slide covers
fell off during the first trip because of broken screws. Camping World removed the slide cover so we could get home and
informed us that the installer had snapped most of the screws off during installation. When we called Clear Creek about the
slide cover they told us that someone else had worked on it and they would not cover the repair.

Installed truck tie down receivers and truck electrical harness for camper.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

Left one of the two bolts out of both rear tie down receivers and improperly wired harness so truck fuel pump ran continuously and had to be
redone at another center. Note: they ultimately reimbursed me for 1/3 of the original charge.

Found a wet spot on floor near front slide and was diagnosed as a window leak and later upgraded to a roof leak caused by a crack in the roof. They replaced the whole roof with the new PVC roofing and also repaired the window that was leaking also. I mentioned that the front furnace wasn't working correctly and they found that the burner parts were broken and replaced them. They also removed the mouse nest and cooked mouse.

Was really happy with the work and it was done in a timely fashion. There were places where they could have cleaned up better where they dripped caulking in different places.

I had a leaking exhaust manifold gasket replaced on our Onan generator.

Excellent experience during this service. The people at Clear creek have a great attitude, follow through on communications, give fair evaluations and estimates and deliver as promised and on time!
I took our motor home in with what I thought was a failed exhaust and manifold gaskets. The Service Writer, Dorothy said their technician would take a look and she would call with the evaluation and estimate by the next morning. Sure enough, next morning she called. Technician said all I needed was $10 worth of gaskets and he would not recommend replacing the exhaust due to cost and it appeared to still be in good shape, not expected to give me any trouble in the near future. This saved me almost $400 and I am sure could have been a nice profit in their pocket as well. I really appreciate their honesty. They said they would order the part and have the rig ready to go in two days. Two days later I received a call that it was ready to roll.
Generator sounds and runs better than it has in years! Great work Clear Creek RV!
NOTE: Because I live near this facility, I use it regularly for parts and propane. I have also had work completed at this location while it was A-1 RV and had a miserable experience. The new owner under Clear Creek RV has completely overhauled the company attitude and created a great customer experience.
