5th Wheel Trailer

Outdoor travel was our dealer for our new Montana 5th wheel. There were many small things that needed to be fixed on this new unit, one of which was a
ripped decal on one of the slides.

Our orientation, which they charged us for was a joke! They left out so many details, and as first time 5th wheel owners we learned most on our own
during our first trip. They promised to have the rig ready to roll with everything tied down inside. That didn't happen. We had to learn how everything gets
tied down on our own, on the road. At our first stop in Ohio we learned that they failed to replace our LP tank and their old beat-up tester tank was there
in stead. The list goes on and on!!
It took them over a year to fix the various repairs. Communication was difficult, emails were not replied to, many excuses given for why our parts weren't
being delivered! We picked up our rig in January, went to Florida and returned to Canada in April, the rest of the year it was in the shop. We're in Florida as
I write this review and we were told that our decal was delivered to our house while we were down here.(a year and 3 months after we took delivery of the
rig) Hopefully it will be the correct decal!! We won't be bringing our rig back for any future repairs.

Slideout would not retract, even with the manual crank.

Poor. They were unable to fix the problem. They took a month to evaluate the problem and then decided they could not fix the problem. They
rarely called back after I called for updates. When I came to pick the RV up to take to another dealer for repair, it was in not condition to drive. The
slide was not secured and neither was the slide arm.

Brake Service, exhaust leak & antifreeze leak??

|
Evaluation of Service Performed:

I was quoted 1.5 hrs of labor for the brake service, took 4 hrs. Charged 1 hr labor to tighten an exhaust clamp. Charged 1.5 hrs to replace 2 coolant clamps, when I suspect any antifreeze leak. The Service Dept with a new Service Adviser have changed their focus from Customer Service to Service Dept benefit
