Date of Service:
7/1/2005

Work Done on:
Class A - Gasoline

Service Performed:
Took new toad in to have Blue Ox base plate installed and took motorhome in at same time to have non-working backup camper checked.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The base plate installation went well -- no problems.
They had the motorhome for six hours and never touched the backup camera. They said I had to bring it in another day when their technical could bring in his test equipment from home. I made another appointment and delivered the motorhome, but the technician forgot to bring in his equipment! In the meantime, they tried to sell me a new backup camera system. I finally sent the camera to Panasonic and Panasonic repaired it and checked the monitor also for $60.00! I would be reluctant to return to All Seasons for service work.
